Three related U.S. companies involved in fabrication and metalworking have had their export privileges revoked for sending technical data to China without the required export licenses. CAD files, drawings, and other technical product information, including prints marked as being controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations, were sent to Chinese manufacturers without the required licenses. Given the repeated violations by multiple companies having common ownership and personnel, the order denying the export privileges was issued without a hearing and is effective immediately.
